Powder spraying process

- Mar 23, 2018-

Powder spraying utilizes the principle of electrostatic spraying to adsorb dry powder on metal aluminum profiles. After baking at a high temperature above 200°C, the powder solidifies into a layer of solid and light coating about 60 μm thick. Smooth and even surface of the product with a strong acid resistance, alkali resistance, crashworthiness, wear resistance can be long-term exposure to strong ultraviolet radiation and acid rain erosion does not appear coating powder, fade, fall off and other phenomena. Powder sprayed aluminum profiles have a service life of up to 30 years under normal conditions. Its surface coating will not fade, discolor, or crack within 5-10 years. Its weather resistance and corrosiveness are better than those of ordinary aluminum materials.
